Week-end to discover the French Burgundy Truffle : digging in forest and cooking-class at La Cimentelle
The Burgundy Truffle is well known as it Latin name «Tuber uncinatum».
It is the most important in Europe, even in Sweden.
The truffles grow in regular Forests near oak or hazel trees.
They are black with a complex form (1 to 10 cm of diameter).
Come to test the agreeable flavor of earthy scent of Burgundy.
Half day walking in the forest to dig Burgundy Truffles (with a dog): 40 to 50 € /person -Equipment : Boots and raincoat.
You can also buy Truffles, depending of the season. (Truffles Market at Moyers-sur-Serein depending of the Year)
